We are now seeking an experienced individual for a combined position as Product Owner & Senior Frontend Developer to join our Cloud and App team. If you have big ideas, a passion for creating impactful products, and a strong foundation in frontend development, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

• Plan and prioritize the Cloud and App team’s backlog (frontend and backend) and development activities in alignment with business goals.

• Investigate and develop requirements in collaboration with the Architect and the Product Manager to ensure the product vision is realized.

• Effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the Cloud and App Manager and Product Management.

• Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily meetings to foster an agile work environment.

• Serve as the product ambassador, representing the needs and experiences of our users both internally and externally.

• Set and track metrics to evaluate product performance and ensure products meet quality standards.

Frontend Development:

• Lead the design and implementation of responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript and UI component libraries to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to transform design concepts into functional applications.

• You will write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and advocate for best practices in coding.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry standards to enhance our frontend development practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in product development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.

• Extensive experience with React.js and associated frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Strong understanding of business value surrounding features and functions.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
