We are now looking for an experience UX/UI Designer to our Systems Engineering team. You will become part of a team five experienced and engaged colleagues and report to the Systems Engineering Manager, working from our headquarter in Solna, Stockholm (hybrid remote).

As our new UX/UI Designer, you will with the other UX/UI designer build products and experiences for customers in electric vehicle charging. You will oversee the design vision and execution and to deliver great customer experiences.

As a member of our Product & Development Team, you will take a leading part in developing and improving one of the most advanced and customer-friendly systems for managing charging of electrical vehicles. You will be working in an agile way of working and work closely with Engineers, Product Managers and other stake holders.

We expect you to:

• Drive the Product design process from discovery to implementation mainly in Cloud services in both web and mobile interfaces.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineers in the organization and collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales.
• Transform complex and abstract concepts and challenges into well-articulated, tangible solution ideas with a strong problem-solving mindset and craft excellence
• Able to handle detailed user interface design for web and mobile applications.
• Use human-centered design methodologies and practices to elevate the customer centricity in your team and stakeholders around you (e.g. Conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, etc.).
• Help shape the culture of the growing user-centered mindset within Charge Amps.
• Be a true team player, keen on establishing an atmosphere where people help each other succeed and have fun at work.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant design experience in digital products, specifically in consumer facing mobile and web applications.
• Have experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles.
• Have a great understanding and showcase of product thinking, storytelling and design craft.
• Effective communicator when articulating your vision, strategy and decisions of your design solutions.
• Good UI design skills, experience working with style guide and design system.
• You can identify when to optimize for speed and when to seek for quality and hone into the details.
• Experience with Figma for wire framing and prototyping.
• Communicate both in Swedish (advantage) and English.
