We are now looking for a Strategic Purchaser to our Operations team. You will become part of a team with 10 colleagues and report to the Chief Operations Officer, working from our headquarter in Solna, Stockholm (hybrid remote).

As our new Strategic Purchaser, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless component supply – in right time and at the right cost. You will work with negotiations with our strategic suppliers to ensure the best terms for Charge Amps and our customers. You will also work with internal and external process developments to improve cost. You will be the first employee in the position and have great opportunity to develop your role and the strategic purchasing function.

We expect you to:

• Be excited about the opportunity to develop working methods within strategic purchasing for a global company in scale-up phase.
  • Obtain an overall responsibility for sourcing and negotiations with strategic suppliers.
  • Have a cooperative, positive, and flexible attitude and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Have an analytical mindset, with the ability to continuously evaluate purchases and develop the strategy.
  • Use your previous experience to come up with new ideas and ways of working, to continuously develop Charge Amps strategic purchasing.
  • Focus on supply chain efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues within operations (supply chain, order delivery and sustainability) where you work actively to create good relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree within supply and sourcing, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience relevant experience.
• Good communication skills within Swedish and English.
